This round oceanfront tower 29-storey high built in 1974 by Ed Peck Sr. was the tallest building on the East Coast of Florida north from Miami. Ed Peck Sr. with his family has developed quite a number of condominium high-rise buildings that dot the Beach in Daytona Beach Shores. It is still the tallest building in Daytona Beach Area. The top floor is a restaurant rightfully called Top of Daytona. 6,705 sq. ft. restaurant takes the whole floor and has an elevator for their use, an office and a walk-in cooler on the ground level.
