As an ongoing component of Coral Springs Water Management Dept. is to provide safe drinking water to their customers.  the City of Coral Springs Utility Division will perform its annual flushing program from November 5 through November 19. During this time, the Water Utility Division will temporarily change its method of chlorinating the water supply. In the past month Coral Springs has added two new neighbors to their community.  Target cleared the old farm land at Westview and University where they built a Target department store.  I have to wonder why if they cleared the land and built from scratch, why didn't they build a Target Superstore?  WAL MART has remodeled the old Winn Dixie at the corner of Wiles Road and University Drive and they turned it into a WAL MART Neighborhood Market.  Great idea WAL MART, look out Publix.   WAL MART has moved into the grocery store business with the creation of the latest kind of WAL MART, the Neighborhood Market: a typical-sized grocery store with fresh produce, baked goods and other foods, all under the retail giant's low-price slogan.
