As many of you may know, I'm buried deep in the Certified International Property Specialist class this week. Today is the last day  I took the full week, all five days: it's tough to be in class for a week, but it's sometimes tougher to get all the required classes in under a particular timeframe if you spread them out.  One of the HUGE advantages of taking classes at my local association NEFAR (Northeast Florida Association of Realtors) is for the designation classes, such as this CIPS, breakfast and lunch were included as part of the registration fee. I just met a photographer at my new listing to take photos. Why don't I just take those photos myself? Because I don't have a $7000 camera like he does. I don't have the same "eye" he has. I don't have the professional photo editing software he has. I don't have the skill he has. I know I "could" take my own photos, however, I know I'm not a professional photographer, despite the desire I have to be better at it. At the end of the day, I would rather spend the money (in this case $115) for a professional photographer to send me the best shots of the property and a virtual tour.
