Here is my first test blog. Now is the time to buy...people that buy this summer will most likely get a tax credit, which will pass this fall as part of the stimulus package. Buying now while rates are still low and adding the stimulus package is like getting an interest free loan. Very powerful tool for building wealth. Let's help the economy. Let's go buy some houses!

I recently had a deal that is to close on Tuesday. On Friday I get a very tearful call from my buyer stating that the bank purchasing her loan is not giving the final go ahead. She is receiving down payment assistance in the tune of $72,000. The lender stated we can only allow $40,000 or else we wont sign off. Now i know others in this area have received up to $120,000 and it hasnt been an issue, so why is Wells Fargo now having an issue? So I get on the phone with my lender, not the buyers lender and ask for help. This family that I have been working with are the sweetest family ever and I completely love them, I was bound and determined to see them own their first home. So back to my lender. She immediately jumped into mode. She stated the other lender was not processing the paper wor...

The Elephant Bar Restaurant has just opened in the Altamonte Mall in Altamonte Springs.  Located in the same area as the old Ruby Tuesdays, the Elephant Bar Restaurant is a welcome addition to the mall area eateries. The menu is inspried by Pacific Rim cuisine, but has burgers and fries for the less adventurous diners.  The interior is a soothing Asian inspired theme with an open kitchen and plenty of palm trees.  The restaurant was very busy during our lunch visit and was a little loud, but still an enjoyable escape from shopping or work.  The restaurant is family friendly and had an mix of shoppers and local business folks on our visit.  The service was very efficient and our meals were great.  I really have to recommend the Pad Thai it was very good and just spicy enough. If you are lo...
