I was reading a print out the other day when I went to this place trying to meet some potential home buyers. Anyway,this is what it said at the bottom of the print out. Did you know? Entering a post office box as your address on a credit application can pull your score down by 12 points. Also,providing a cell phone number can have the same effect. I didn't even know this. I thought that I share this with everyone because a lot of people who don't have good credit or no credit for that matter might want to improve their credit score so that they can maybe buy a car,get a business loan or even get a house but in the process can end up setting themselves back because of putting a post office box and a cell phone number on their credit application. I've found that when I do a search on google "real estate lead generation companies",companies that usually pop up are Homegain.com,Housevalues.com,justlisted.com and of course realestate.com. I decided to finally use one of them-www.realestate.com. But all I am getting is horrible leads. But I am only getting nothing but HORRIBLE LEADS? I was just curious if anyone here on AR is familiar with it.  It boasts about getting so many buy and sell leads a month,but it is nothing but crap. Also,I use to hear that housevalues.com was good. But now I have heard some real estate agents are not satisfied with the leads that they are getting anymore.   Anyway,about Real Estate.com  Do you use it?  Please let me know what you think!  I'm very curious to find out if I am the only one getting bad lea... 05/10/2007
