The Madison Farmers' Market opened yesterday and was well attended.  The market will run every Friday from 3 to 6 now into October.  Vendors were marketing a wide variety of local products:  Jam, preserves, pies, plants, vegetables, fish, meat, bread and even soap.  Something for everyone - stop by and check it out!  It's a wonderful opportunity to purchase local or organic items and support your local farm.  06/09/2007
