New Homes In Huntington Trails, Broomfield   While out and about looking for high end new homes that were custom or semi custom, I came across some really great stuff that is being put out by a major builder.  I was specifically looking for New Homes In Huntington Trails,  to share with my relocation buyers.  When the  New Homes In Huntington Trails, were first introduced, the community was intended for &750K to 1.5M dollar buyers.  With the slow and painful death of the jumbo loan programs, this neighborhood was definately hit hard and homes went for sale under severe discounts.  Many of the New Homes In Huntington Trails .were quickly forclosed on and those that survived were horribly under water.    Well a new day has dawned in Colorado and we have seen homes sell quickly again.  Luc... 02/04/2011
