Boulder County Real Estate - Who is Number 1? Money Magazine has voted Louisville, Co as the number one best place to live in the country!  This isn't the first time Louisville has received this designation from Money Magazine. To residents of Louisville, this repeat of the designation doesn't come as any surprise.  There is just something special about Downtown Louisville beyond all of the sunshine and its proximity to Boulder and Denver.  There is a real seance of community in Louisville, which is absent from its surrounding communities.  People love to live in Louisville, but they also love doing business and socializing in Downtown Louisville.
