Slush Cup Pond Skimming in Keystone, Colorado Sunday, April 10, 2011 This is the final weekend for the slopes at the Keystone Ski Resort.  To go out with a bang Keystone is holding their annual Slush Cup Pond Skimming.  The event will take place on Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 11am - 3pm at the Mountain House Base Area.  Keystone is taking only 75 entries and the cost is $25 to compete, free to watch.  There will be awards for best costume, best crash, best overall run and more.  Winners receive a 2011/2012 season pass and other prizes plus winners get the chance to qualify for an entry in the World Pond Skimming Championships at Vail.
