Highlands Ranch Real Estate : Westridge Knolls 2012 Year End Statistic   Welcome to early 2013 and a new Highlands Ranch real estate market. To close out 2012 we wanted to bring you the year end statistics for the Westridge Knolls neighborhood.       Graph After three slow years, sales in 2012 really picked up matching 2008 levels. One thing I found interesting was how brisk the second half of the year was. Through June 16 homes sold in Westridge Knolls, July through the end of the year 27 homes sold. In the prior four years the split was much more even with 73 homes selling in the first half of the year and 67 in the second half.
