Belle Creek Monthly Market Minute December 2013 by Jennifer Prestwich REALTOR®, YCRE Home Sales in Belle Creek continue to hold steady when compared to November.  As autumn and winter approach, it is normal to see some seasonal slowing, as evidenced over the past few months.  In Belle Creek, there are very few homes for sale, so it stands to reason that we will see fewer closings. The turnover rate in Belle Creek for December was 10.9%.   When compared to the late summer months, this number has decreased somewhat.  However, this number is unchanged compared to November's 10.9%. Belle Creek Monthly Market Minute August 2013 by Jennifer Prestwich REALTOR®, YCRE       Home Sales in Belle Creek continue to remain strong.  The inventory shortage that the Denver Metro area - especially in Henderson CO -experienced was slightly relieved by the normal summer increase in sellers.  Days on market increased a bit as many would-be home buyers focused more on end-of-summer activities and back to school time. Henderson CO: Belle Creek Snapshot September 3, 2013   While Labor Day weekend technically marks the end of summer, Mother Nature is refusing to comply!  Temps in the 90s didn't keep buyers at home, however.  Open house activity was brisk, and buyers were out in force to check out the available properties. Unlike back in late spring and early summer, buyers are taking their time with putting things under contract.  Don't let this deter you if you are thinking of selling - the difference in Days on Market for those sold during July and August was 18 days, vs. those currently under contract having an average of 27 Days on Market, still a very healthy market for selling in Belle Creek.  Keep in mind that a property sale typically closes about 30-45 days after being put under contract.
