Valley of the Sun subdivision is located within Fairplay, Colorado.  It is situated between County Road 1 and County Road 14 south of County Road 9.  There are a handful of smaller sections within Valley of the Sun, including Venture 72, Venture 73, Gallagher acres, and high country.
