This is one of those neighborhoods that people love to call home. We don't see much real estate activity in this neighborhood, because there aren't many homes that come on the market. This is a stable neighborhood. Pheasant Run is in Eckert, CO. The location means this area is an easy commute to Cedaredge or Delta. No new listings have come on the market since last month's real estate report, although we do have a slight change in neighborhood activity to report.    There are two active listings and one that is under contract pending a sale. Last month none of the listings were under contract.  List prices start at $179,900 and go up to $234,900. The average list price is $211,600. The median list price is $220,000.
