Sand Creek is a newer neighborhood in the Southeast part of town - just Southwest of Airport Rd. and Powers Blvd.. (Check out the MAP.) Sand Creek Elementary School is located in the NW corner of the neighborhood, and Sand Creek (the actual creek...) runs along the south and west borders of this neighborhood.You will only find single family homes in Sand Creek.
