I am a big fan of single property websites. I love the idea of having that kind of space to stretch out and tell potential buyers all about a listing. I also realize that creating a single property site has technological or financial limitations for some Listing Agents. I have found a great alternative to the bona-fide single property site. Seth Godin has created a website called Squidoo. Squidoo is a great platform for people that know stuff, all kinds of stuff. This site allows people with knowledge to share their expertise with the world. Squidoo, calls the individual pages you can create Lenses. Lenses do a great job of incorporating a wide range of social media types. You can incorporate, Flicker Photos, YouTube videos, Del.icio.us links etc…you get the idea.
