Crystal Valley is on the south side of Castle Rock, and it has blossomed tremendously over the last few years.    If you take Crystal Valley Parkway off the frontage road east and go over the hill, you will be surprised at the increased housing today!With that comes with traffic, and the need to work on the infrastructure.   Right now the Parkway is 4 lane - two on each side.   Once they get to the frontage road, they have to take a 2-lane (one each way) to the entrance to I-25 North or South.   This frontage road is VERY busy during rush hour.Here is what the City has planned to repair this issue - Construction of a new interchange at Interstate 25 and Crystal Valley Parkway is a top transportation priority for the Town.
