Saturday September 18 was a day of celebration for the entire city and county of Broomfield, over 20,000 people turned out for the annual Broomfield Days event at North Midway Park. This day is meant to highlight the range of community groups that make Broomfield such an engaging and fun place to live.  It all started with a huge parade including more than 75 marching bands, dancers, cars clubs and floats. The parade's awards categories included classic car clubs, school spirit, multicultural, religious, business and many more. Kids laughed at the tiny El Jebel Shriner dune buggies and chased down Denver Nuggets' mascot Rocky for hugs and high-fives. One of the best features of owing a home in Anthem Ranch is being able to use all of the amenities at the Aspen Lodge. It's a beautiful and well kept facility.  An indoor and outdoor swimming pool.  Outdoor Bocce Ball courts--and you can always get a friendly game if you want to play Bocce.  Our office has our annual Bocce Ball tournament here at the Aspen Lodge at Anthem Ranch. Anthem Homes for Sale How many for sale, how many have sold?The Anthem homes community in Broomfield Colorado currently has 38 homes for sale actively listed.  In the last six months there have been approximately 50 homes sold in Anthem.  Basically, this means that if you have your home listed or are considering selling your anthem home, you should expect it to sell within five months.  Statistically, due to when the homes for sale were actually listed and sold, the average home sold after slightly more than three months after being listed for sale.  Also, the average selling price was 97% of the listed for sale price.
