The Metro Denver market has scored another windfall in the alternative energies technology field.  The Denver Post and 9News are reporting that Renewable Energy Systems Americas, Inc. (RES-Americas), is in the process of relocating the headquarters from Austin, Texas to Broomfield, Colorado.  The company will relocate 70 employees from Texas and create 70 new positions as part of the move.RES-Americas is a significant presence in the renewable wind energy sector by constructing wind farms to generate electricity, and is "actively working to develop 12 percent of the installed wind power capacity nationwide."  The company currently has projects in six states and Canada, including the Cedar Point Wind Project in Elbert and Lincoln counties in Colorado.Colorado Governor Bill Ritter has sa...

I just got off the phone with a potential client who knew zilch about how the typical real estate transaction works. All she knew was that she needed a Broomfield real estate agent. Commissions…what are they? Inspection…is that for pricing? Contracts…you mean I have to sign something? It reminded me of my own experience as a first time buyer.
