My back porch is covered, so BBQing year-round is a possibility, rain, hail, snow, etc.   BUT, today I did shovel once and the wind blew snow back on the porch, so guess it will be a soup day! I really prefer someone else shovel for me, and so glad I live in a community where the HOA does it for you!  I know, Barbara Todaro would say - it is good exercise!You know there is a lot of snow when they bring the heavy equipment to do the streets and some driveways!  I had some packets of hot cocoa, and they loved it. The lights have flickered several times today, but so far, the electricity has not gone out.

KUDOS to Laura Erwin with House to Home, Inc.! This cute townhome was a popular listing and Laura secured a great buyer within two days.   (Just enough time to review multiple offers) This property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1,378 finished square feet, and a one-car attached garage.   These look like paired homes. The flexible buyer allowed this Seller time to secure a replacement home, which has been pretty challenging lately, but did so over this past weekend.
