It is no secret homelessness is getting worse in every town across America!    With COVID, it sent more people to the streets.    We used to only see homeless in downtown Denver, and "tent cities" around parks and alleys.     Then one day I saw someone pushing a grocery cart with their "things" in Aurora.   Wow, they have moved into the suburbs I was thinking.It wasn't long, and all along Parker Road near I-225 there are tents and "encampments" set up.   Mike Coffman was in both the Army and the Marines and served in the Gulf War.   He also served in Colorado's State House of Representatives, State Senate, and U.S. House of Representatives, in addition to being elected as Colorado State Treasurer and Secretary of State.   He is now our Mayor of Aurora and dedicated to making changes.At ...

JOAN IS AWESOME!!! Having never sold a home before, I was overwhelmed. Joan made the process as easy as possible and her advice was priceless. Review submitted by Maggie  (Seller) on 16 Nov 2021     When I meet with a homeowner to interview for their Listing Agent, I ALWAYS ask if they have sold a home.   I want to know if I need to be more detailed with information especially when they have not sold a home before.    I don't want to assume anything.   This property was challenging, as it was not in great condition, needed lots of TLC, and required the right buyer, which we went through a couple before it closed.       Thank you Maggie for your kind words, and it was a joy meeting and working with you on the sale and purchase of your new property.
