I thought it might be fun for Arvadans to see what's up in their town, real estate-wise. Unfortunately, I don’t feel I can include the photos of these homes, since they belong to the agents that listed them. However, if you want to see them you can ‘Google’ them and they’ll probably still be found. All told, 1,149 detached single family homes sold in Arvada in 2010. The lowest priced Arvada home sold in 2010 went for $53,900 to a cash buyer. Cash was necessary, since according to the listing this home had ‘major structural issues’. 6174 Carr St., a 1950s ranch with basement. It was on the market for 87 days and was occupied when it sold.
