I know I wrote my first listing agreement for this house over a decade ago.  And I finally sold it last week. I tried to access my old forms to determine the first time I listed it, and it was with my very first broker.  So it could have been 12 years ago.  It sits across the fairway from our home.. Flag Day 2022Ole Glory Flying in Temecula CA It seemed appropriate to share my 2nd submission for the Ole Glory Coast to Coast contest today, Flag Day 2022. I was getting off the I-5 freeway in Temecula on Saturday, on the way to my open house at my new listing.
