Every country has their own traditions and Christmas stories that pass from generation to new generation like this Christmas story. Once upon a time there were 4 Wise Men waiting for the signal of the Big Star which was suppose to shine when the new baby our savior was born. Finally the shining star was seen in the highest sky by all the people and the 4 Wise Men. Cold days in California are different than in other states. We have cold days without getting the thermometer below o. Today we had a beautiful rainy day and tomorrow it is expected to be the same. In California our rainy days are usually few and far between. Last year we only had about 15" of rain for the whole year in some other states they get as much as 15" in one week. 31 Days of December Challenge/Day 10/Getting Ready for 2011                    Today I started my day with a very good webinar Hosted by Chris Hotz and Daniel Bates called Real Estate Blogging and Social Media workshop from the Tomato University.  They talked about.. how to turn our blog into real estate commissions!   Also about Fire-fox Vs IE. Social media in Facebook and business applications. It was one hour with a lot of great information. After this I went to my regular Friday caravan I stopped by 6 broker's open houses. Came back and started to plan for my Sunday open house.
