It's my pleasure to share this cool tool that bought  last week while shopping.    It's for my smartphone it is a 10x zoom lens that turns your smartphone into a real camera.                                                                                                                I took these pictures and you can see the difference.  Also I took this video that I am going to use on my 365 things to do page    The video came in a little bit shaky  and unstable which is my foult but I know that with a little bit of practice it will get better.   Some interesting information was released recently by Bloomberg concerning home sales and available inventory. It appears the housing recovery is real, and we’re beginning to see signs of an upturn in prices.   The article, “Existing U.S. Home Sales Decline as Supply Drops” contains a number of interesting points as they relate to your decision to buy or sell a home in the near future.
