It's Tom Hernandez, your Valley Village and North Hollywood area specialist from the imarket l.a. team at Keller Williams Realty Studio City. Keeping you up do date on new properties in the area, I came across an emotional home that offers 2 bedrooms and a den with over 1390 sq.ft. built in 1948.     The home is priced at $550k and offers amazing wood floors through out, large living room and dine.  Home feels much larger and boasts a wood deck and loads of grassy areas in the rear yard. Upgrades include central air, copper plumbing, recessed lights and newer windows. I really enjoyed the feel of this home and can see the care the owners have put in to it.      If your looking to be in the No Ho Arts District or close to the Academy of the Arts, this could be your new place. DUSTY DUCTS Air Cleaning Services in Valley Village CA - BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!   Homeowners BEWARE!!   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! This company is a rip-off and not trustworthy. I was informed by a colleague who mentioned that several of her clients had horrendous and misguided promises from this company. The company name is DUSTY DUCTS and they are based in Valley Village CA. It appears to be a family run business. Here is the scoop on their lies. They advertise that they can clean the air ducts in the attic and vacuum for a really low price. However, when their technician do come, they HIKED UP the price almost 10-folds! This is bad marketing and for those homeowners who are in search of a duct cleaning company, I would NOT recommend you call this company. This company is par...

What's your experience with FHA 203k Rehab loans? I almost had an opportunity with some of my clients for them to utilize a FHA 203k loan on a bank-owned property, but they ended up cancelling, rightfully so, due to the insurmountable amount of repair needed to the property. But I just wanted to see how many of my ActiveRain peeps have utilized a 203k loan with your clients, and what your experience was. Did it roll out smoothly?  Were there issues / bumps / hurdles? How did the disbursement of funds after the close of escrow to the contractors go? How much in rehab funds were your clients allowed? I'm actually looking forward to working with one of these loans with my clients. Enquiring minds want to know...........   Los Angeles Homes For Sale Los Angeles Condos For Sale Los Angeles T...

Hugo's Restaurant - Valley Village, California - Another GREAT Los Angeles Restaurant Hugo's Restaurant is a phenomenal place to eat.  It is one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles for those patrons seeking either top-notch vegetarian or vegan cuisine and/or high-quality organic foods.  Gluten-free dishes are very common here. Many of the hard-core foodies with discerning tastes come here.  Alot of health and environmentally conscious patrons frequent Hugo's also.  To date, I have not known any other restaurant to match the quality of vegetarian, vegan and organic cuisine in  the Los Angeles area as Hugo's.  The atmospher is top-notch and the staff is very cool. It is very reflective of the Valley Village neighborhood in which it is located. Take a look at some of the specials last m...
