City crews and mutual aid responders continue to assess properties in Vallejo.  There objective remains to ensure the safety and security of our residents, businesses and visitors.  The City recognizes that residents and businesses affected by the earthquake will need support in addressing property damage.  The City is working with the County VOAD (Volunteer Organizations Active in a Disaster) to make information available.  A schedule and location should be available tomorrow, August 28.As of 4:00 p.m. today, a total of 11 buildings have been red-tagged for non-use since the earthquake.  The City is in the process of making contact with those residents and businesses to identify what types of permitting needs are required in order to get them back into their buildings and homes.   As o... 08/29/2014
