This was an appraisal order. When I called to make the appointment. The first call yielded a message machine that said somehting like "Hi, this is the cat lady, leave a message and I'll get back to you shortly." Well she did get back to me and se got it all set up. As I approached the house I could see about fifty cats all over the front yard and the front porch. I actually thought that was enough to qualify her for "The Cat Lady" phone message on her answering machine in my book. My job was just to complete the appraisal report.
