Hello Everyone, I just recently received a offer form a local broker in the Vallejo area and she was charging her buyer client a $699.00 FEE to do there paperwork. Did you know that agent is already being compensated to do this by the seller?  I have been selling homes in Vallejo CA 18 years and have never seen something that shrewd. We as Realtors have a duty to look out for the community during there home purchase  "Not" take advantage of a first time home buyer.  I mentioned to that Broker "Hey" why are you charging a ridiculous fee like that and of coarse all it did was make her angry. So next time your making a Vallejo CA home purchase make sure your representation is not charging you for anything because they should not be and if they are legally I suppose they could but there are...

Dear Friends Clients and future Clients, So as you have probably been seeing and hearing ( social media) the realtors bragging about selling a home in 6 minutes, before it went on market and so on claiming how great they are. These posts really says one thing that they did a disservice to the seller by not marketing the property for a least a week thru a weekend. The reason they should have was because during that time it was normal to receive 5 or sometimes 10 offers in Vallejo and basically that means all the other buyers were shut out and would/could have wrote a better offer because of the competition.
