Market Report: Homes for Sale Paseo Del Sol, Temecula, CAThe market report for Paseo Del Sol homes for sale in the 2015 market shows that there is healthy turnover at current pricing, with a third again more sold in the last 60 days than actively for sale.  The Pending number is a little low, but it makes sense that more sold quickly in the summer season before school started in early August.
