According to CoreLogic's Home Price Index (HPI) October report the National Home Price has risen 0.2% from September.   The NAACP Stockton Branch held their annual Freedom Fund Banquet on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the Brookside Country Club. It was a evening of grace...achievement...and most importantly GIVING. The Stockton Community came out to support the Stockton’s Branch annual Fundraiser. Even Congressman McNerney tweeted about the event on his Twitter Feed. It was truly a special night. Napa Valley is approximately 72 miles from San Joaquin County...that makes for an hour and half drive to what is known as the Wine Country. Wise words for 2013:  Represent your buyer to the highest - Although this is a rule that should be followed all year long, with this being the beginning of a New Year - now is a good time to be sure you do it.  When you represent ~ your buyer/sellers as they should be represented, represent yourself.  Know what you are talking about, be able to prove it and dot and cross you (i and t) properly.  Take that second look at your work before you present it! Did you know that the Statement of Information is now required within 7 days of acceptance of contract.  So waht this means is that all sellers of a Residential Property shall provide the escrow holder a completed Statement of Information within 7 days of acceptance of the New California Residential Purchase Agrement.  This California Residential Purchase Agreement was released on April 28, 2010.
