Supporting our local museum. I spent this past weekend with my niece and we took a trip to The Haggin Museum, which is the local museum in Stockton, California. The Haggin Museum sits in the middle of the city on the premises of the beautiful Victory Park for 82 years. I was struck by the beauty of this brick building that is grand and gorgeous on the inside. This museum has a rich history and located in an established neighborhood with historical homes.    We spent over 2 hours in the museum reading and learning about the history of Stockton, which includes and extensive exhibit on Native Americans.
