Monday Market Update: Weston Ranch Community in Stockton Summer Home Selling is in Full Effect! In San Joaquin County there were 128 homes that sold within the past week, while 191 went under contract. During the same week 334 New Listings came on the market.  The Weston Ranch Community Median Home price is on the rise! The Median Home price is $222,000 with an average of 25 days of homes being on the market. The median home price around this time last year was $160,000. This illustrates how rapidly the prices have increased and how the market has improved. The number of active listings in Weston Ranch have decreased by 8.1% from the previous month. Low inventory has played a huge part in driving the price up in the Weston Ranch Community.
