Wondering what to do this weekend?  New Home buyers, sellers and those who are new to our area there is a GREAT festival going on. Just a short drive south on 5 to Stockton is the 21st annual Asparagus Festival. The festival opened today, Friday, April 27th, but you still have plenty of time to get there for the weekend. This year the festival will be near the waterfront where Stockton proudly displays their new arena and by next year the marina will be open for you to boat on over. There is an incredible abundance of asparagus with a variety of flavors and textures for your palate to savor.  I hope this year they still have the farmers who farm the asparagus for those like me who have no idea how asparagus is grown.
