  Faria Preserve is going to be a fabulous new community in San Ramon developed over the next couple of years by Lafferty Communities. This plan has been in the works since 2006 and finally just received the go-ahead for 740 homes located near I-680, north of Crow Canyon Road and east of Bollinger Canyon Road.
