San Ramon Twin Creeks Market Update October 31, 2011 The Twin Creeks Neighborhood in San Ramon consists of approximately 1500 homes, ranging in size from 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes. Twin Creeks is a favorite of young families as there are 2 elementary schools located with the neighborhood. This market update through October 30th is for single family detached homes in the neighborhood. The number of units year over year has not changed dramatically with an approximate 2-3% turnover.
