There are six penthouse homes at SF Blu, at 631 Folsom St. (corner of Folsom and 2nd). They each occupy three floors, with two levels for living space and one for the solarium and deeded roof deck. The main entrance for all of the penthouse homes is on the 21st floor of the building, but there is a secondary egress on the 20th floor, which is the private level with all of the bedrooms for each of the penthouse homes. Awful, I know. I had the pleasure of being at SF Blu, located on Folsom at 2nd street in the Yerba Buena district – last Friday for a luxury market meeting with my colleagues at Zephyr. In addition to reviewing how the market for luxury properties in San Francisco was doing, we took time to tour the remaining penthouses available at the SF Blu project. There are six penthouses in total, with three remaining as of Friday. Those with the most amazing views sold first, and currently Penthouses B, C and F remain. Perhaps the best way to reflect on Dr. King's message today in San Francisco is all by yourself--at the meditative Martin Luther King fountain in the Yerba Buena Gardens.   The fountain is easy to miss because it blends so easily into its surroundings on the garden's South side. There's also little signage around it to indicate its significance. To experience the fountain, you need to go behind its wall of water and take a slow walk on a string of concrete pads. Alongside you is a series of Dr. King's quotes. The quotes are chronological. Most of them come from his speeches about Civil Rights but the last few are surprising, as he turned his spirit and mind out towards broader social concerns about the divide between rich and poor regardless of color. The Millennium Tower San Francisco offers three different residential condo luxury living experiences to prospective buyers. These are the San Francisco Millennium Tower City Residences in the 11 story building adjacent to the main tower, the San Francisco Millenium Residences on floors 3 – 25 of the tower, and the San Francisco Millennium Grand Residences, starting on the 26th floor and going up.
