A favorite activity of ours when the evening daylight is long is to walk for a couple of hours in various neighborhoods in San Francisco. One such evening walk took us up Billy Goat Hill and along neighborhood streets before we headed back down to Noe Valley and dinner.I was quite charmed by this little house and gnarly tree -- don't you want to make up some amazing stories set here? Both of my parents were good story tellers, and I expect they would have come up with some lovely adventure tales set here.

Congratulations to my clients, who just sold their charming condo in the Diamond Heights neighborhood of San Francisco! My clients purchased the unit about 3 years ago for their daughter, who was a single gal living in San Francisco. In the end, the unit looked cozy and inviting and it did not require my clients to have to worry about traveling back and forth to make sure the property was ready. In the end, my sellers were able to success...

The Glen Park neighborhood is nestled between Twin Peaks to the north and Noe Valley and Castro districts to the east. Located in the middle part of the city it is easy to travel to other parts of the city by car or public transportation. Muni's 35 Eureka and 52 Excelsior connect to the Muni Metro System; the 35 goes to Castro Street Station and the 52 goes to Forest Hill Station. Additionally the 52 connects to the Bay Area Rapid Transit District at the Glen Park Bart Station. The Glen Park neighborhood was the San Francisco Planning and Urban Association's first project. A plan to beautify and populate land on the hills of San Francisco to be developed with the topography of the area was undertaken. A major developer of the area was Eichler Homes. Eichler had architect Claude Oaklan...
