LAS PALMAS RANCH INVENTORY UPDATE:To date there are 44 homes for sale and 5 pending sales at Las Palmas Ranch. The inventory is moving slowly. Since January 1, 2007 there have been 31 homes have sold including Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Las Palmas Ranch. The lowest price being $619k up to $1,7k. So it looks like we still have about 8 to 9 months of inventory on hand.  I am seeing the prices coming down a little and I believe will level off soon.   08/09/2007

Earlier this year I had an idea to create a directory of businesses within the subdivision that I live and work in. So I sent out 1000 letters to the homeowners suggesting the idea and giving them a response date. Well, I had an overwhelming response and put together the business directory. By the way, I hired a graphic designer and had them professionally printed! I didn't want them to look to homemade.I then hand delivered some and hired a local teen to walk the streets and hand deliver them too. The comments and feedback have been terrific. I plan to hand them out at open houses and deliver them to new homeowners. I have already had calls and emails asking to be included and when the next print will be.  Next time, I may offer discounts to homeowners etc. Angelica  08/01/2007

My birthday was last Saturday and my husband bought me a Nikon D80..which is an awesome camera. I am just getting used to it and will be taking a class on how to best use it! Photography has always been a hobby of mine and I plan on starting a photo journal of the local birds in the area.  I also love bird watching.This photo is from my backyard looking out to the Salinas Valley. These are the views along the entire length of my home. I am a resident of Las Palmas Ranch and love living here and all that it offers. This Friday July 27, 2007 between 6-8pm myself and another agent have organized a Friday night open house at Las Palmas Ranchin Salinas. Due to the slower market lately, we thought that an evening open house with food, drinks, and a raffle would be lots of fun.
