For some reason, I seem to be taking a lot of condo listings lately. Maybe investors are cashing in on this hot market? For example, check out this Westlake Villas condo. This is among my favorite communities in Natomas. It is to the west of 80 and near high-end homes. Further, the complex is laid out well, meaning it's not difficult to find the building and unit you seek, like some places. Even though it is close to the freeway, you don't really hear any freeway noise, which is another plus. The HOA offers a lot of amenities for it's low HOA fee of $271. too.
