There are not a lot of homes that go on the market in Hampton Station in south Sacramento. Primarily because once people move into this subdivision, they tend to stay. It has everything home buyers could want. Plenty of room for a growing family, featuring four bedrooms and three baths. Cherry wood floors and cabinets. Granite counters, newer appliances and indoor laundry. The yard is oversized and one of the largest lots in the subdivision. This beautiful home is close to preschool, elementary and intermediate schools, plus a 5-acre park.  You can read more in my personal blog today at this link: Check Out This Newer 2014 Home in Hampton Station in South Sacramento.
