This equates to a 3 month supply.  4 homes are in escrow as of the end of March Average List Price at 6/30/19: $5.0 million   Average Sold Price over the last 3 months: $5.8 million which fluctuates widely due to ths limited number of sales. Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during the last 3 months: $1,124 per sq. ft.  There are currently 30 horse properties for sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. As horse property specialists know, the majority of equestrian properties are located in Rolling Hills and Rolling Hills Estates.  Here's the current location breakdown by the city:Rolling Hills:  21Rolling Hills Estates:  7Rancho Palos Verdes:  3These thirty properties are zoned for horses, but that does not necessarily mean they are suitable for horses.  One of my favorite horse properties on the Palos Verdes Peninsula is on the market. 10 Johns Canyon is located in Rolling Hills with an asking price of $6,500,000.  If you're searching for horse property in Palos Verdes you need to know where to look, since most properties in Palos Verdes are not zoned for horses.  My easy rule of thumb is if your price range is $2,000,000 and up Rolling Hills may be the best investment for the money.  On the other hand, if your budget is somewhere between one and two million dollars, Rolling Hills Estates and some areas of Rancho Palos Verdes offer you the option of purchasing a home in a horse-friendly neighborhood.  If you desire to purchase a horse property priced under $1,000,000 then be prepared to wait for that fixer, and if it's truly a good property for horses, be prepared for multiple offers as those properties only hit the market once in a blue moon.  :)  A property approved for horses refers to the zon...

When I see a red barn, I automatically think of the Midwest where the landscape is filled with barns in varying states of disrepair.  They are a vanishing breed.  You can imagine my surprise when I saw this red barn in Rolling Hills Estates.
