The number of homes for sale at the end of March of 15 homes is the same as the same time last year. The City of Rolling Hills Estates Real Estate Market, including the unincorprated area known as Palos Verdes Peninsula adjacent to the City, had the following real estate activity during the fourth quarter of 2015. The number of homes for sale at the end of December of 12 homes is now 33% lower than the 18 homes for sale at the same time last year. The average number of homes sold per month in the 4th quarter of 8 is 4% higher than the comparable quarter last year.This equates to less than 2 months inventory.
