Rolling Hills Estates Homes for Sale - The Lanes at Dapplegray Today we’ll explore “The Lanes” neighborhood of Rolling Hills Estates on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, in CA. Rolling Hills Palos Verdes | Rolling Hills California Homes for Sale Neighborhood Tour of Rolling Hills Estates' neighborhood called Westvale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. This neighborhood is entered off of Eastvale at Palos Verdes Drive North. 2019 Palos Verdes homes sales for Crest increased to 32 single family homes sold compared to 29 in 2018.  Price per square foot for Crest houses that sold in 2019 increased to $563 compared from $550 in 2018, a 2.5% increase.  Average sales price for Crest homes sold in 2019 was $1,349,219 compared to $1,306,897 in 2018.  The most expensive home sold for $2,600,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $565,000.
