So super cool.  This was an awesome short sale that got approved by Saxon Mortgage.  We submitted this full short sale package to Saxon Mortgage for approval on 11/10/10.  It seemed like lots of hoops & questions and tons of paperwork but we received approval on 1/14/11.  That is only 64 days after we asked for this short sale to be approved.
