Hanging out at the Birdbath  Hanging out at the Birdbath               Today after parking my car, I could hear a lot of splashing and chirping going on.             Upon further investigation, I found about a dozen birds jumping in and out of the water pond in the Target parking lot.                 This was an extremely round bird who sat on the basket but did not get into the water. Watching nature is so much fun.

Mother Nature has a way of Landscaping with Sunflowers     I just love to see sunflowers growing in fields, along the side of the road or off to the side of the railroad tracks.                     The dull earthtones are perked up with the bright yellow faces shining up at the sun.                   A few months ago I had one grow from some bird seed and it lasted for a  month or more.   Sunflowers make me smile!   Thanks for Reading my Blog.

Redlands California Home Pricing - How to Price My Redlands Home For Sale Are you considering selling your Redlands home but you're wondering what a good list price would be? The Redlands real estate market is a moving target. What a Redlands home sold for last year is different from what it could sell for now- think of Redlands home prices like how a company's stock price fluctuates. Redlands Home Pricing Step 1: Do your homework. There are a ton of resources online for real estate buyers and sellers like Google, Zillow, Trulia, our website at Garrigus Real Estate, etc.. Find home listings currently for sale and compare them to yours. Is the comparable Redlands home close to yours? Is the square footage of the Redlands listing close to yours? Is the square footage of the lot similar? A...

Think Pink in October! Breast cancer is something that has touched the lives of so many and October has been designated as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  During the month, the two primary goals are to increase awareness regarding the disease and the second is to raise funds.  Locally in the Inland Empire, there are many ways to participate.  Here is a video that I created to spread the word.  Please feel free to share it with your circles to help get the word out.  Thank you.
