I am lucky to have a friend who likes toy helicopters and has been working/playing with them for years. The technology is soo good now, that a high performance toy can carry a camera and with remote control you can get some great footage. I have a new listing at 15 Via Del Cielo and I wanted to capture the amazing ocean views from this blufffront property.  I called my buddy and we teamed up to shoot this video. He drove the octo-helicopter, and I controlled the camera wearing goggles and using a hand held remote. It was fun, and I have had some awesome comments from the footage.   I think this is a great way to showcase the home from above and capture spectacular views. Coastal living at its finest!! I wanted to talk about some of the great experiences in my life.  I try to pay it forward as often as possible and have been very fortunate with my career and success. I have met some wonderful people and shared many beautiful moments. This video talks about some of these.     Music has been a huge part of my life. When I was in high school one of my favorite bands was Troy.  They broke up and the leader Tom or aka MOT www.motartstudios.com brought the band back to life with 4 high school kids and within a few months we were playing clubs in Hollywood, and taking the set break in the alley cause we were not allowed in the club.  lol..
