Well it’s that time of year again…Daylight Savings Time. We all got the opportunity to enjoy that “extra” hour of sleep and awaken to a brighter morning. But the other side of that coin is that next week we’ll find ourselves commuting home in the darkness. Did you know that Fall’s shorter days can trigger a type of depression commonly known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)? S.A.D season starts in late October and lasts until the middle of April.
