Much of that was due to great interest rates and the lag that is felt in the market, from the time the shelter-in-place went into affect March 19, 2020.     There are little cracks possibly starting to make an appearance in price per square footage in Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Dimas, and Ontario. Perhaps, there will be a price adjustment this month? I realized this in the latter years of His life.  He was sweet, generous and thoughtful. When I'd visit Him in Assisted Living,while His dementia and Alzheimer's was setting in, Papa would give me pointers on anything from Client issues, to my appearance, to how to clean his room, or assemble His new wheelchair.   One... 04/26/2020
