OK...So it's moving day and you have a moving truck and hopefully movers. A few things to remember: 1)  If you're going to be doing any moving - even if it's just one thing, be sure your back is warmed up first. 2)  Let the professionals handle the larger or more awkward items. 3)  Cold Compress or Ice Packs help - if you managed to get a sore back, place it on your back for 10 minutes every hour, or until the pain subsides.  From one I understand, you should NOT put ice on your back for longer than ten minutes at a time. **DEFINITELY, SEEK THE MEDICAL OPINION AND ADVICE FROM YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.  I am NOT A Medical Professional and have no CREDENTIAL to offer the advice to TREAT ANY MEDICAL CONDITION.**   Just hang in there, Baby! If you're a bit sore or overwhelmed from movin...

Rancho Cucamonga Home Values - Going up or down? June 10, 2013 by David Gonzalez (909) 941-8379 As I write this blog today we have seen interest rates rise to apprx 4.5%. What does this mean for home Rancho Cucamonga home values? The recent increase in home prices this past year have been mainly due to low inventory and low interest rates. When interest rates rise then the cost of borrowing money increases which affect how much buyers can pay for a home. If rates continue to increase I don't believe we will see a decrease in Rancho Cucamonga home values but more of a balance. Since we have been in a sellers market for over a year this will help stabilize the housing market in Rancho Cucamonga. To see how we determine the value of your Rancho Cucamonga home in today's real estate market...

Rancho Cucamonga CA REALTORS Many Rancho Cucamonga home sellers, whether they are selling the property as a standard sale, short sale or just curious about price-setting, have many questions and reservations. But the real estate market climate in Rancho Cucamonga is not much of a mystery, its just hard sometimes to filter through the abundance of information to get simple answers. Rancho Cucamonga homes are selling faster than listings are hitting the market. This creates a seller's market. Home prices have firmed up and are slowly rising. Also, standard sellers, or equity sellers, are still reluctant about selling due to still-low home values and their own mortgage loans that may keep their net profits from being able to clear cost of sale. Rancho Cucamonga short sales are still hittin...

14 Things You Should Know About Credit Reports That Could Effect You   A person’s credit report can help influence  whether or not a person can get a loan to buy a house, buy a car, open a charge account, get their utilities turned on, and even if a person gets hired  or not.   Did you know that apprx 90% of buyers start their home search online?   Not too long ago newspaper and magazine ads were the driving force behind how most buyers started their home search. The internet IS now the driving force behind how home buyers are looking for homes. Because of this change in pattern, it is important to have a Realtor who is proficient in online marketing and social media.     So the next time you decide to sell, remember you deserve a Realtor who will do more than just put up a For Sale sign.

We all enjoy the excitement of the game, the freebies given out, the food and drink, and of course just being at the stadium. So buy some tickets and go see a game soon. There are rumors flying about suspensions due to performance-enhancing drugs and it will probably effect many teams so make sure you go soon before your favorite player is off the list. Perhaps they are just rumors and nothing will come of it. Get your tickets and go this week or next. Support your team! This picture was taken during the May 30, 2013 game at Anaheim Stadium where the LA Dodgers played the LA Angels in the final game of the Freeway Series. The stadium was p...

Summer Fun……Visit Knott’s Berry Farm in Southern California       Summer is almost here and kids are going to be out of school soon. Here is one of my favorite places to visit that are nearby, reasonably priced and just a great time for families to go and have some “Kodak Moments”.    For the little ones, they have Camp Snoopy which has many smaller activities and a petting zoo area.   The Bear-y Tales event, ride the Knott's Railroad around the park, the amusement Park with many roller coaster rides and try out the new Boardwalk 2013.   This is a park for everyone with an 'Old West' theme. Lots of good food and don't forget to get a jar of Knott's Jelly while you are shopping.       Knott’s Berry Farm 8030 Beach Blvd. Buena Park, CA 714-220-5200 www.knots.com/ FACEBOOK   Kristin Hamil...
