The average price per square feet of a home was $540.00 in July of 2017 up from $536.00 in June of 2017, and jumped from $489.00 in July of 2016 in Pasadena, California.Homes averaged 29.0 days in the market in July of 2017, rose from 26.0 days in June of 2017, but down from 36.8 days in July of 2016. Old Pasadena Becomes BoldPas On Saturday, August 12, 2017 from noon until 8PM, there was a takeover of sorts in Pasadena.  BoldPas was held along the historic pedestrian alleyways and streets of the 22 blocks in the Old Pasadena shopping, dining and entertainment district.       Bold and bright colors were clearly evident during the free temporary art installation.  Despite the heat and humidity, whimsy was definitely on display at the one day event as were abundant selfies.   Many of the pieces invited interaction.   Local and regional artists were in attendance to share their creativity and to answer questions.   This was an event that embraced art in many different forms and it certainly looked like a fun time for all.  Some Old Pas merchants participated too with creative art stops....
